On the 23rd May Bury Council co-hosted a seminar covering absenteeism in the workplace. A guest speaker from ELCONS Employment Law Consultants gave a well-received presentation which clarified the law from an employer's perspective, and discussed practical solutions employers can implement to better manage absenteeism.
