Bury Council Staff Become Digital Eagles
Bury Council have teamed up with Barclays Bank to run a programme of Digital Eagle workshops, that aim to train staff on how to support the people of Bury to improve their digital skills.
The group, which includes four members of the Bury Means Business Team, are currently three weeks into their six week programme, and are learning to embrace the digital revolution by becoming more digitally savvy. On completion they will have the knowledge and confidence to help residents, colleagues and business owners understand how they can use technology to their advantage, whilst staying safe online.
A £10,000 grant for occupied business premises in receipt of small business rates relief and rural relief.
